In the study using qualitative research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with eleven female media workers. According to the results of the findings, it was observed that female journalists working in local media organizations, which have a masculine sructure, were exposed to gender discrimination. When the responses of the interviews were examined, it was understood that gender culture and roles were reproduced by women journalists and reflected in the news production practice of women journalists.
