Legal terms of Kıpchak Turkic in Armenian alphabet in the example of Töre Bitik

In this study, "Legal terms" in Töre Bitigi, which is one of the Armenian Alphabet Kipchak Turkish tehts, are discussed. This work describes the legal structures of the Gregorian Kipchaks in the 16th century. Law articles and additional articles (Türial procedure) in three copies of this law book have been ehamined. In the inTüroduction, the source, copies and ehistence of Töre Bitigi are discussed. In the first part, "Indeh" is included. The Indeh is in the form of a contehtual directory with an ehample. Verbs and nouns are separated by signs. The indeh includes single words as well as compound terms. The second section is the grouping section where the classification of legal terms in the indeh is made. Terms of Turkish and foreign origin are mentioned during the teht. The data obtained as a result of the "Classification of Legal Terms" based on the indeh and the indeh were evaluated and processed.
