Research on the difference of the levels of success motivation and trait anxiety of medical students

The participants of thexivresearch were volunteer medical students.The data of the research collected by Trait Anxiety Inventory and Success MotivationScale.For analyzing of collected data, arithmetic mean, standard devation, t test, varianceanalyze and Scheffé test were used.As a conclusion, either conventional or integrated medical education methods wereapplicated when clinical practice has been started, collected data differ. While active learningmethods take place in application, we saw that the success motivation rise and after 4. classof medical school trait anxiety levels fall and the data don?t show an important differencewith gender.Key words: Problem-Based Learning, Trait Anxiety, Success Motivation, MedicalEducation.
