Abstract (EN)
Since the mankind's existence, transportation for needs or desires has become an inevitable necessity. For this purpose, people have used tools in the mechanical and electronic structures, especially in animals, animals and in various inventions. In the past, due to the widespread nature of the area and the disorganization of the settlements, there has been inevitable use of a whole sequence and routes with the influence of established forms of life and urbanization. This is followed by the division of the settlement areas in the direction of their purpose, the construction and the formation of roads. The use of roads and vehicles reveals transport networks. Today, many transportation networks, such as railway, airway, sea road and highway, are used by people, and the density they will create can be expressed as traffic. In particular, the increase in transport networks is an important necessity for the accumulation of a single area and the prevention of turmoil. Although there are efforts to improve the transportation networks in the world and our country, it can be said that the developing nations and the increasing population together with the transportation networks are not enough. Various problems arise in the transportation due to the nature of transportation network, environment and human factor. Traffic accidents are at the top of these problemsTraffic accidents have profound effects on both individuals and masses. Accidents resulted in injury, death and much material damage; while it creates physical damage on people, it also incurs huge costs on the country's economy. Especially, urbanization, unplanned urbanization, increase of erroneous transportation projects, traffic accidents and what kind of measures can be solved poses a question. With all these negative applications and results taken into account, questions about what factors affect traffic accidents, what level and direction they affect, and what kind of measures can be solved are preliminary; The researches of the solution are confronted as problems that are always fresh in the application fields as well as in the academic aspect. In this context, the data obtained from the accident data and ArcGIS geographical information system (GIS) of 3 cycles in Çorum in our province were analyzed by Minitab program comparing design approach method. At this point, the impact level of the accident was investigated and the Road Factors Influencing the Accident were evaluated. Key Words: Statistical Experimental design, factorial design, accident analysis, road factors.
