Abstract (EN)
The first investigation is the quintessential point in crime trials caused by traffic accidents. This study handles necessity of interdisciplinary team work in investigations of traffic accidents to demonstrate evidence which are contributory in ascertainment of culpability. Therefore, traffic accident, investigation and handling techniques of traffic accidents and legal and criminal responsibility in crimes caused by traffic accidents are analyzed. Supreme Court of Appeals? case laws which indicate necessity of interdisciplinary team work in the trials are displayed. Foreign practices of interdisciplinary team work in traffic accidents has been analyzed, their contribution to the problem is shown and a new interdisciplinary team proposal is put forward according to objective of this study.
