Development and implementation ff maintenance and repair analysis software for tractor and agricultural machinery

In terms of mechanization efficiency, it is very important to make accurate and accurate evaluations of the faults and maintenance of tractors and machines operating in the enterprise, which cause a significant expense load in the enterprise. In particular, the decision to be made regarding the renewal of machinery has important effects on the long-term economic production efficiency of the enterprises. The possibility of using the machine during the active season in the selection of the appropriate working width and number of agricultural machines due to the machine capacity suitable for the size of the enterprise is possible by modeling the failure rate values of the machine within the planned working period. As a result, significant errors occur in calculations and estimations, which are accepted from the beginning. These error limits negatively affect the mechanization economy of the enterprise and the decisions to be taken in this direction. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to develop a recording, calculation and analysis software that can be easily adapted to all agricultural production enterprises. In order to develop the maintenance-repair records of tractors and agricultural machines and evaluate them with real data in the software, the data of the tractor and agricultural machinery used in Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture Revolving Fund were used. Records were transferred to the software at certain intervals until the thesis was completed. While developing the software, C# Programming Language on the Visual Studio platform was used.
