Water pump?s working performance not to be concerning data by using stil tractor company at the present and 8 vanes, 7 vanes, 5 vanes impellers were experiment in pump test experiment unit purposefully pump performance determine. in view of the fact that by tractor companies costumer complaints too.With this experiment unit measurements, required computations have been done through this measured values and pump performance curves are drawn.In this study, 8 vanes, 7 vanes, 5 vanes impellers were tested and the results were compared. These impellers were attached to the pump and characteristic curves peculiar to pump were obtained. In this experimental study, 8 vanes impeller?s efficiency was obtained high at 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm. 7 vanes impeller manometric pressure highness was obtained high. Pump vibration analysis, noise, defect kinds and maintenance are given information for next preparation study.
