Abstract (EN)

In this study systematic and phylogenetic properties of 6 taxa (T. campestre subsp. campestre var. campestre, T. dubium, T. grandiflorum, T. mesogitanum, T. patens ve T. sebastiani)) of the genus Trifolium L. sect. Chronosemium from the Fabaceae family were determined by morphological investigations and sequencing ITS and matK regions growing in the Thrace Region. DNA's were isolated from living plants specimens collected from fields and the ITS and matK regions were amplified by previously prepared primers. The DNA sequence of the replicated regions were performed, and the obtained data were studied with MEGA X to reveal the phylogenetic relationships of these species. With these results obtained, phylogenetic trees were created using NJ, ML and UPGMA methods using the sequence data of matK and ITS regions. As a result, in addition to the morphological characters used to distinguish species, it has been observed that the phylogenetic trees created with ITS from molecular results are better than those created with matK.
