Abstract (EN)

Communication is a cultural transmission and this transmission has tobe conveyed from a transmitter to a receiver immediately by means of allkinds of technological hardwares.Television broadcasting establishments -having hardwares that canconvey the messages to the large masses immediately- had to adaptthemselves to the competitive market conditions. This led to restructuring ofthe establishments after the requirement of professional management.In this research, Turkish Radio-Television Corporation (TRT) hasparticularly been studied as well as some other public broadcastingestablishments in the world. A poll concerning the restructuring process ofTRT was taken to the staff as a part of the research. At the end of theresearch, we have reached following results:According to TRT staff;Restructuring of TRT has not altered the present system,-They have not adopted themselves to the new system since it is-formalistic and has emerged without any contributions of the staff,However, they are ready to support and adopt good systemizing.-
