Abstract (EN)

Exhaustion is the most common problem in business life in recent years. Exhaustion is a syndrome that every individual can experience. Even though exhaustion is a syndrome that could show up in each occupational group, one of the most common occupational group having the syndrome is health personnels. In this study, personal and occupational problems causing exhaustion of health personnels are mentioned and effective solution proposals to cope with exhaustion are explained. In this study, historical method and document analysis techniques are used and occupational experiences are also taken place in some parts. Due to the fact that health personnels` work is required emotional labor, there are a lot moral responsibility taken by individuals. Because of people who are in the group having serve, taken responsibility by individual is increased. In the conducted studies indicate that health personnels face many physical and spiritual problems because of professional challenges, and these problems burnout and exhaust health personnels. When working conditions are improved, professional perceptions are improved through training conducted administration, it can be seen that the possibility of having exhaustion is decreased. The common outcome of conducted studies is that individuals first must be awareness of their exhaustion to cope with it.
