Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is tried to be given information about burnout and job satisfaction, the effect of burnout level on job satisfaction of the employees of virtual organization and not virtual organizastion and whether this effect is changeable according to the organizational structure is clarified with a scientific research. The studies deal with burnout in chapter one, job satisfaction and the influence of burnout on job satisfaction in chapter two are tired to be clarified. In chapter three, the research on the employees of virtual organization and retail sector is explanied. This study is made on the employees of a company which is active in retail sector and on the employees of another company which has a virtual organization in İstanbul by participating 320 employees. A survey application which has total 48 questions belog to personal verse form, Maslach Burnout Inventory Manual and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire is made to employees. The relation between dependent and independent variables are revealed by regression and corelation analysis. Regression and corelation analysis are made to be able to reveal the effect of burnout on job satisfaction and the relation between this two concepts by utilizing the programme SPSS 13 with analyses of frequency, factor, reliability. In consequence of analyses, it is determined that there is a negative directional influence of burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization level of employees, but there is a positive directional influence of personal accomplishment on the job satisfaction. As the burnout of employees increases, job satisfaction decreases. Key Words: Burnout, Burnout Syndrome, Job, Job Satisfaction
