Abstract (EN)
Humans are tend to travel abroad in order to search for new destinations and fullfil the needs to learn, watch and meet new persons. Nowadays tourism sector plays an important role on world economy and especially for developng countries. According to WTTO gross tourism sector reached for total 2 trillion dolar and around 265 million workers. World's population will reach 8 billion in the future and it will bring many enviromental problems within. Becouse tourism sector depends on climate and enviroment, the concern for sustainability of the tourism sector in the future grows every day. According to 2014 tourism datas Turkey's tourism sector reachs the 6th biggest for incoming tourists and a total of 35 billion dolars of tourism incomes. Climate changes will affect negative to the counties at the Mediterrenian Region cause every year sector grows around % 3-4 for the tourism sector. Within the context of the study, it is aimed to estimate where Turkish tourism sector stays and what should be done in order to stay at the top of the 10 countries around the world. With this aim of direction yearly data for 1969-2012 period by using , VAR approach, ADF, VECM, relation between tourism sector and economical growth will be analysied.
