Abstract (EN)

In this study; the employer's innovativeness determinants at business, employees change resistance and organizational silence behaviors has determined. The research area is comprised by employess of facilities with tourism business certificates in the TRA1 and TRB2 regions. This research, which examines the relationship between variables and effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, consists of four sections. In the first, second and third part of the study, the topics of innovation, change resistance and organizational silence were examined and detailed studies were carried out. In the last part of the study, the data gathered from the research sample, which were analyzed and the findings were interpreted in order to examine the relationship and effect between innovation determinants, change resistance and organizational silence. Within the scope of the research, data were obtained from the 416 participants with the help of the scales whose validity and reliability were tested by the researcher. As a result of the research, a positive relationship was found between innovation determinants and change resistance and between change resistance and organizational silence behavior. However, in terms of demographic information, it was tested whether the variables of region, type of business, educational status, monthly salary, tourism sector experience and duration of employment were differed.
