Augmented reality applications in the tourism sector: A study on museum visitor

The main objective of this research is to evaluate the comments made online by visitors who toured the augmented reality technology museum located in Ankara and to uncover the thoughts expressed in their reviews. A literature review indicates that there are not many studies examining the online comments of museum visitors. This study is expected to serve as a significant reference for future research. Additionally, by evaluating the positive or negative comments made by visitors, it contributes to the museum's ability to take necessary measures. The sample of this research consists of 321 reviews left by visitors of the augmented reality museum in Ankara on Google and TripAdvisor after their visit.
