The public prosecution service within Turkish judiciary system

In the thesis regarding The Public Prosecution Service within Turkish Judiciary System, the improvement until today, legal characteristic, other country samples, international principles,legal status, the difference from other branches of judiciary, the conditions about to be serve as a prosecutor, responsibility to discipline-criminal-judicial, prosecution organization, relation regarding to component of criminal procedure, position before the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, Minister of Justice, management of the judicial police, duties within the law of criminal procedure, supervision of the processes, duties within the private law, duties within execution law, disciplinary-legal-criminal responsibility were addressed. In particular, the legislation (Law No.5271 CPC, Law no. 5237 TCC, Law No. 5275, Law no. 5352, Law no. 5402, Law no. 5326) and the changes on practice made this study very essential. Wide coverage is given to the judicial decisions.
