Abstract (EN)

The political bias studies defines researchs that purposed tendencies of bias in production processes of journalism profession and conducted mainly in the field of liberalist media studies. The political bias researches have developed on analysis of press contacted with political power focals.At this study, reflections represented Turkish press of ? The year of 1 May Labor Day? on newspapers were analysed in line with ?logrolling?. So, it?s aimed that inspected newspapers examine how rate is taken into consideration ?understanding of objective news? in production processes of journalism. In research result, it was emerged that inspected newspapers reported by approaching the real of 1 May unfairly. So, it can be mentioned that inspected newspapers presented a tendency of bias reflected political identitiy of Turkey of 1970s.
