The crime of plunder in Turkish Criminal Law

The crime of plunder which is defined as obliging someone not to resist to delivering the possession of movable property or another person at the crime scene either by threat or use of force is regulated between the 148th and 150th articles of 5237 numbered Turkish Criminal Law.
