The crimes of causing zoning pollution and the regulations regarding the crimes by the legislator were made within the scope of 181, 182, 183 and 184 of the Turkish Penal Code. Specifically, the importance of zoning pollution in terms of criminal liability has been examined for the provisions of TCK article 184. TCK 184, which examines the sanctions in case of zoning works without obtaining a license or in violation of the license, TCK 184/5 provision in terms of protection from these crimes, is also remarkable in terms of exemption from penalties if violations of the license are prevented. However, the consequences of zoning pollution can appear with unavoidable effects. At the beginning of the irreversible problems, the deterioration of the ecological balance, the occurrence of climate changes, negative effects on urbanization, the damage to natural resources and the effects on the deterioration of the natural environment are tried to be explained in this study, and suggestions have been developed in terms of regulations and sanctions. The works to be done in the shortest way; Increasing the sanctions can be stated in terms of determining the responsibilities of the people who started with the zoning planning and allowed the zoning construction and continued this construction, dismissal from duty and increasing the sanctions against the contractors. Thus, within the scope of the research, the general regulations, sanctions, and suggestions on what to do in this direction were examined and completed by expressing them.
