Drug or warning substances in the Turkish Criminal Code

This study covers the subject of Narcotic or Stimulant Substance Crimes. Drug and stimulant crimes-Elements of crime-Qualified forms of crime-Special appearance forms of crime-Drugs and stimulants-Pleasure substances-Addiction-Struggle policies-Effective repentance-Prevention of crime-Deterrence of the punishment were mentioned. Under the subject; Narcotic and Stimulant Substances, Drug Production and Trade, The crime of facilitating the use of drugs, the crime of using drugs or stimulant substances, Fight Against Drugs-Fight Against Drugs Policies and Trends were examined. Again, in this study, the development of the awareness to be created and the ability to say no is mentioned. Drug crimes and actions to be taken in drug fight policies are also stated as recommendations.
