In this study, the buildings which have different features from each other were analyzed by using the SAP2000 program with Mode Superposition Method. By making the irregularity and the earthquake controls, the comparison between the two regulations was made due form of the Turkish Earthquake Regulations in 1998 and Regulations About the Buildings That Will Be Constructed on the Earthquake Areas in 2007.
