Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY The aim of this research consist of planning and organizing the basic educational schools (eight-year schools) and looking for the answer to the questions of what the opinions of the instructors and directors dealing with practicing in the future are, by distinguishing the arrangement of The National Education Ministry about teaching programmes and management. In the research the survey which consists of two parts has been used as a source collecting knowledge. The things which are presented in the first part of the survey are the questions of finding out personel characteristics of the instructors and directors in the primary school education. The second part consists 40 questions which aim to find out the opinions of instructors and directors about primary school education. The ideas of the instructors and directors about these subjects are determined by a likert type of criterion with four full stops, which is next to each question. The research has been practiced on 97 instructors, 14 directors in three primary schools in Denizli. In the statistics analysis of date which are handed by research it has been determined by the frequency and percentage values. On the other hand kay square test is applied to be able to test whether there are any differences in the opinions of the instructors and directors or not. In the research, lost of hypothesis about organizing of primary school education, the data about teaching programmes and management have also been evaluated.
