Investigation of nutrition habit levels of Turkish wrestling national team athletes in terms of some demographic variables

In this study, it was aimed to examine the nutritional habit levels of the athletes in the Turkish wrestling national team in terms of some variables. For this purpose, the quantitative method was followed in the research and the relational survey model was used. The sample group of the research consists of 197 athletes in the Turkish Wrestling National Team. Data collected from 197 people were analyzed using SPSS. The Cronbach's alpha value of the scales was calculated as 0.824. Since it was determined that the data showed normal distribution in the analyzes, parametric methods were used and t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used in the difference tests.
