Abstract (EN)

The field of cyber, continues to grow day by day. Technological products, that we could not even be imagined some time ago are almost encountering in all aspect of social life today. with the progress of technology, new tools of cyber have been made present to humankind use. tools of cyber, especially computers used in almost every moment of life, make human life easier. Developments in technology of cyber and tools of cyber that can be used in many different areas, in this area also has brought some of violations. Criminal thats benefit from convenience means by tools of cyber are continual violating rights of persons by developing new methods. Therefore, to combat violations in area of cyber and to protect rights of person, national and international existing norms revise and emerged the need for regulation some new criminal norms. İn the first part of this study, after explaining some basic concept related to field of cyber, reasons for the offence of cyber crimes and the most common crime methods are explained. in the second part of this study, the arrangement related to direct cyber crime in Turkish law are discussed. initially, Turkish Penal Code and law on İntellectual and Artistic Works, Electronic Signature Law have been scrutinized in detail terms of regulations of related to direct cyber crimes. Rules of international conventions related to topic of this study have also been studied to be included in relevant sections. İncomplete and wrong parties of arrangements in laws have been made indicating, some suggestions have been made about what should be done. Keywords: Computer, Internet, Cyber, Cybercrime.
