In the Turkish Criminal Law, regulations on the execution of penalties are defined in many ways. These definitions specifically include amnesty, postponement and conditional release. Doctrine and supreme court regard the codes affecting the execution of penalties as implicit pardon. In the first part of study, amnesty was examined in all aspects. In this section, the amnesty is compared with the other similar institutions. In the second part, the postponement and the types of that institution are explaine in detail. In the same section the conditional release and its results are examined. In the last chapter, Code of Law No. 3713, Code of Law No. 4454, Code of Law No. 4616, Code of Law 6352 and Decree Law No. 671 are examined.
