Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurship is undoubtedly one of the most popular areas in recent years. The opportunities provided especially by globalization and technology have great importance. While people acquire information, they are aware of successful initiatives that come into life by using these opportunities. In addition, thanks to these opportunities, they have a chance to implement their dreams as an entrepreneurial activity in the direction of their own desires and wishes. Economic expectations are, doubtless, one of the greatest sources of motivation in entrepreneurial activity. Therefore, when we look at the issue regarding our country, thoughts are directed towards construction sector. The reason why it so is that construction sector has always been historically important and it is one of the most important investment areas in developing countries. Construction sector in our country has made impressive strides in recent years. Both domestic construction activities and the enterprises undertaken by the Turkish companies abroad have led this sector to expand to a great extent. As a result of this mutual growth, this sector has been perhaps the most influential factor. However, it is also observed regression in the sector in the last few years because of the influence of some political and geopolitical problems. The profitability and credibility of operating in construction sector was researched by the institutions operating in the sector in the light of the consequences and its reflection was evaluated in respect of entrepreneurship.
