Benefiting from collective bargaining agreement in Turkish labor law

In our study, the issue of enjoyment from collective labour agreement was treated. Our study consists of four chapters. In the first section, the development of the collective labour agreement over the years, the legal nature and definition of the collective labour agreement are explained.In the second section, issues of competent and authority in collective labour agreement and time limit in collective labour agreement are discussed. In the third section, the entry into force of the collective labour agreement and in the fourth section,within the framework of the regulations envisaged in the law numbered 6356, the persons and conditions that are included in the scope of utilization in the collective bargaining agreement are explained. Also, evaluation has been made from the point of people who cannot benefit from the provisions of collective labour agreement.
