The light cult in Turkish culture

Light is the one of the basic elements of Turkish culture . There is light in the basic of Turkish mythology.Shining sky is known holly and sky is known as God?shome by Turkish people.Although there are many changes in Turkish culture fromthe system of god in the sky to today , light culture comes today with the getting worth without losing any worth. The reason of this is the importance of light in humanbeing `s life.At first ,humanbeingsaw around, heated themselves ,did cultivation with the effect of the light.Even,they saw themselves with the light .These are material aspects of light in humanbeing?s life Firstly,people were afraid of shining sky. Then they admired it. Finally, they sacrified it and respected it.So,there were many beliefs about light.The belief of God?s being in the sky is in the head of beliefs about light.As it is known ,God is in the skyin God in the sky belief system and The Sultan administrate earth fort he sake of God with the power given to Turkish people from the sky by God . Besides,the face of grey wolf coming to guide for Turkish sultan is shining with the light because Greywolf is representative of God . The face of girl who is the wife of Oguz Sultan and comes from the sky is shining with the light.At the end , she was sent for Turkish Sultan by God to be a religious symbol. Why is God in the sky in Turkish culture mythology ? Because sky is the place where the sun the biggest source of light forhumanbeing is.Also,there is the culture of light inthe basic of many beliefs in Turkish culturecoming from past to today and going on future .People accept that earth is bad sky is good,night is bad and day is good .They also accept black is bad white is good. The reasons of these ideas are the culture of light in thebasic of Turkish belief. These are not all forthe palce of light culture in the culture of Turkis. The fire ` burning and the light features also affecting people with the water called as light are an example showing the place of light in the culture of Turkish.Also, light and everyhting which is affaceted by lightare the elements sweared inthe culture of Turkish .we can see the examples of swearing in lightinthe religious books.We can see culture?s continuity,changebility and transformission from generation to generation when we examine the place of light in the culture of Turkish .It can be seen all these books depending on the same basic when look religious book in the aspect of light. Also,when we examine the cultures of Turkish ,Indian ,greek and Eygpt in different erea of world, we can see the features of similarities in different nations as culture is human product and the feature of culture?s changable in different environment..
