The presidency in Turkish parliamentarian regime

This master?s thesis, headlined as The Presidency In Turkish Parliamentarian Regime, consists of three parts. The problems of selector organ, eligibility, election procedure, oath of the President and legal results of election are explained in frame of the solutions of Turkish Republic Constitutions in the first part of the thesis. The duties and authorities in the fields of legislation, execution and jurisdiction given to the President by Turkish Republic Constitutions and the authorities which can be used by the President ex officio and which can be used by the signitures of the related Minister and Prime Mimister or the Council of Ministers are discussed in the second part. The irresponsibility of the President because of his duties, the exception of treason against the country, the criminal responsibility of the President because of his personal crimes and the precautions for neutrality of the Presindent, the frame and borders of neutrality according to Turkish Republic Constitutions are examined in the last part headlined as The Irresponsibility And Neutrality Of The Presindent.
