Hazırlayan: Mehmet ALPABSTRACTD SC PL NE LAW OF CIVIL SERVANTS THAT ARE EMPLOYED N THETURKISH ARMED FORCESCivil Servants that are employed in the Turkish Armed Forces are mainlysubject to the discipline provisions of Article 657. But, because of characteristics andnecessities of military service, they are also subject to military discipline law in certainlegal conditions.The subject that in which legal conditions Civil Servants that are employed inthe Turkish Armed Forces will be subject to military discipline law is too important andcomplicated. In this report, based on the related legislation and court decisions, it isaimed to explain this subject in detail.
