Abstract (EN)
In democracies, people use elections to reflect of their preferences for political power. Changing on social ? economic structure of society, social mobility and classical variation effect preferences of voter. In Turkey, 14 national legislative elections have been held since May 1950. And in these elections electoral preferences have shifted between center left and center right. Motherland Party- ANAP held on power in elections of 6 November 1983 and ended in elections 20 October 1991. n this period it was single party power in parliament. After that goverment had been the most harmonious coalition until elections of 3 November 2002. Voters supporting on center left an d center right parties has decreasingly changed. 3 November 2002 elections indicated that extreme parties have shifted to the center. In this thesis show that main characteristic of Turkish center Parties and reflections of 3 November 2002 elections.
