Turkish social security law insurance of occupational accidents and professional diseases

Human being, is concerned about his future and want to a guaranty for his tomorrows. So that he try to develop protection methods against risks that threaten his future. In first terms of history, social security methods that are tried as an individual , are started to be carried out collectively with mutual support by the people contrary of another. İn results of these efforts, ?social insurance ? method one of the important modern social security systems bring harmful social risk together in nine basic groups . These are; labor accident, business illness, illness, maternity, old age, disability, death, unemployment and family burden . Our topic is labor accident and business illness insurance in Turkish social security law, labor accident and business illness insurance are included working law, social security law and the law of obligation as a matter. We try to take up the matter in social security law limits in our thesis. Business accident; is defined as a situation of insured worker under the employer authority, that have a harmful effect on the worker?s mentality or his body. Externally ,not only these accidents don?t need to be at the working place but also in coming or going to the place of employment or in that time worker is charged with a duty out of working place or insured sucking a pacifier goes to give milk to her baby.And business illness is defined as temporary or continuous illness, disability of body and mental situation caused of quality of working or condition of execution . Business illness is formed by four element. These are; being insured, having an illness, suitable causality connection and the last one is body and mental disability of insured man.There are two helps by the social institution for the damaged insured man or holder of the right when the insured man die at the result of business illness. Be given temporary or continuous appropriation to the insured man because of physical disability.
