Abstract (EN)
The concept of unwarranted payments, has been used to express all kinds of payments to respective parties, as a result of incorrect assessments by the Social Security Institution on entitlement to social security benefits. The Law no. 5510 and 4447 stipulates restitution of unwarranted payments. Unnwarranted payments have been examined with this study.
