Abstract (EN)
This is primarily study, UYAP system under the E-Government, Justice, Service and system innovations effectively think about the users of the system by working with the system, lack of study, the research and survey çalışmalarınından with the result, I'd done the work completed, UYAP can see the deficiencies of the system is provided.UYAP courthouses chaos and confusion of the project that could be used effectively, such as the functioning of the judiciary by providing citizens in every lawyer's office in a better quality of judicial service and provide fast and effective way was to take advantage.UYAP studies, system improvement and effectively search for solutions to problems in the intended removal, even though an intensive study, the workload of the judiciary In case of rapidly increasing the speed of thought introduced by the system itself is the problem and, ironically, slowing down the system as an obstacle to become a major problem with the judicial system showed they could start to come.Keywords: E-Government, ,the Judiciary, Quality
