Opinions of lecturers on spelling rulses and lesson in Turkish

This work tries to determine teaching of spelling rules and its frequency besides the opinions of Turkish lecturers.Main subject of this work is to determine the frequeny of writing ,one of the skills of Turkish lesson,in Turkish lesson education materials and to determine this frequency with the help of the turkish lecturers? opinions.With this aim publications of Turkish MEB and Pacific have been examined and an opinion form was prepared to determine tukish lecturers? opinions.This opinion form has been applied to teachers face to face.Datas provided by 11 teachers in Mardin primary schools.As a result it is come out that activities about spelling in Meb and pasific publications is no equally scattered,the students do mistajes about spelling because of different reasons ant the fact that the teachers are aware of these mistakes and activities about spelling in Turkish lesson materials are inadequate.
