The self-efficacy perceptions of the Turkish teachers towards improving creative thinking skills

In this study, the self-efficacy perception of Turkish language teachers' towards developing creative thinking skills was examined. The aim of the study is to determine the extent to which Turkish language teachers have self-efficacy in developing their students' creative thinking skills. This study is a descriptive investigation. In the study, the concepts related to creative thinking skills are described. Then Turkish language teachers' self-efficacy perception in developing creative thinking skills is examined through a questionnaire according to the gender and professional experience variables. The study results showed that the self-efficacy perception of Turkish language teachers towards developing creative thinking skills is good. Keywords: Turkish teacher, creative, creative activities
