The influence of Turkish language on Iraqi Arabic language

Throughout the history interactions between different societies has resulted in languages influencing each other in a direct or indirect way. The Turkish language, which is spoken by numerous societies in a vast geographical area, naturally, has been influenced by and has influenced other languages. One of the most interactive languages with the Turkish language is the Arabic language. The Turkish language is among the most influential languages on the Iraqi Arabic language. This study reviews the effects of the Turkish language on the Iraqi Arabic dialect. Consisting of a prologue, three sections and a conclusion, the prologue contains the scope and importance of this study. The first section includes historical and geographical information about Iraq and the Iraqi people. Moreovgn, it includes information about the state of the Arabic language and details on the Iraqi Arabic language, and reviews the most important Bagdhadi, Mosulian and Basrian Iraqi dialects. The second section discusses the effects of the Turkish language on the Iraqi Arabic language and provides samples for them. The conclusion includes the outcome and results of this study.
