This thesis aims to determine the measurement and evaluation of literacy levels of language teachers who teach Turkish as a foreign language and to examine their literacy levels in terms of various variables. A quantitative research design and scanning model have been used in this research. 171 language teachers who teach Turkish as a foreign language participated in this study. In order to determine the assessment and evaluation of literacy levels of language teachers, the Assessment and Evaluation Literacy Inventory, which includes 30 questions, has been conducted. In addition, a Personal Information Form has been used to ask for information about various variables. The obtained data have been analyzed with SPSS 26 program. Since the data obtained in the study haven't exhibit normal distribution, non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis H) have been utilized.
