Turkey Republic is finishing to become contemparary proccessed when develop the villages or obligatory to become urbanized. If tihs succeed way is the rural develop just as in 1980 years until our daytime lots of different make a project and application for develop the rural areas. Examine the rural development projects and the rural development models under the two title of this studies.In this work, affects of rural development applications which were applied in Turkey after 1980, are examined in empirical level on three villages of Çorum. As a result of the research, although there has been noticeable differences in socio-economic and cultural level at each three villages with the investments done with the rural development applications that was applied in Turkey after 1980, the result appears that they wouldn?t be accepted as adequately developed units. That?s why it appears that migration from each three villages to cities will continue in near future.
