Abstract (EN)
Atheism is a philosophical view that does not accept the existence of God, and atheists reject the theists' arguments about God. Atheists express their ideas via websites and social media accounts that are frequently used today and have an important place our lives. Some philosophical concepts such as deism, agnosticism, pantheism and naturalism are used as synonymous with atheism. The websites and social media accounts that are examined in this study atheism by emphasizing that atheism is not a belief that replaces theism. They also discuss the possibility of atheism and claim that atheists are morally superior to religious people by talking about the personality of atheists. Atheists have benefited from local and foreign writers while expressing their claims on their websites and social media accounts. They benefited from local writers Muazzez İlmiye Çığ, Celal Şengör, Turan Dursun, Arif Tekin, İlhan Arsel, and foreign writers such as Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Daniel Dennett, Christopher Hitchens. Atheists have expressed refutations about the existence of God and especially criticized the religion of Islam. They expressed their refusal of the existence of God based on cosmological and ontological arguments, evidence of order and purpose, religious experience and morality. With the title "denial of the existence of God", they also discuss the evil, the theory of evolution and the conflict between religion and science. Atheists criticize the religion of Islam by claiming that Islam is not authentic and Qur'an was not sent by Allah as well as by evaluating the life of Prophet Muhammad. This thesis has classified the anti-religious arguments of atheists by examining particular websites and social media accounts. Atheists use the style of new atheists while expressing their claims and they were 'scientism' by attributing values to science that it does not defend and express their criticism of religion by breaking it out of their context.
