Investigetion of refugee education in Turkey and Germany mutually

This research was conducted to develop proposals on refugee education in Turkey on the findings as to compare training applied to the remaining refugees forced to migrate to Turkey and Germany and obtained masse because of the intricacies of their country. How the two countries with the most populous refugee populations in the Middle East and Europe are following the educational paths for children and young people who make up the largest group of immigration waves, the legislation published, the education provided in the camps, the access to the public schools, the allocation of students to schools, language education services, teachers' choice for refugees, non-formal education, NGO services, vocational training, how diploma equivalence is provided and the acceptance of refugee youth to higher education are examined and the similarities and differences between the two countries have been revealed. In the study, where qualitative research method was preferred, the data were obtained by documentary scanning technique and analyzed with the horizontal and descriptive approach which is one of the analysis methods of comparative education within the framework of sub-objectives. The information obtained in this study, from the electronic pages of the official institutions and organizations responsible for migration and education in Turkey and Germany, related books, articles, thesis, project report and so on. printed scientific sources were used. In this study, applications in Germany,has been compared with the current situation in Turkey and has seen a number of similarities and differences in the results of this comparison. Perceived as primarily guests, by calculating their return to their homeland plans have been undertaken, in our country, of a road running refugee extending citizenship from transience status, in compliance with the new society with the awareness that the most important factor in education, recommendations for the improvement of education to cover the refugee education policy in Turkey is presented in the study.
