Abstract (EN)
Gender as a measure differs from Sexuality as a measure. Instead of sexuality, gender means that all structured roles are based on societal norms. In this setting, the necessity of a difference in gender meaning sparked a reaction against gender inequalities, particularly against women. As a result, this inequality as a problem is widely recognized as a female issue that is dependent on sexuality. This perspective is critical. As this study focused on the relationship between inequality and development; Exploratory Spatial Data methods were employed to investigate the relationship between gender inequality and economic development on a provincial level in Turkey. The findings reveal that there is a significant positive geographical autocorrelation, or spatial dependence, between gender inequality indices and income levels across Turkish provinces. This demonstrates that Turkey's regional development problem is still ongoing, despite the fact that the country has been grappling with regional development discrepancies for years. Because it has a detrimental impact on the development tools' goal. In essence, as a labor force, this position is a waste. The variables studied in the study of gender inequality have a mutual link with one another as well as with the level of per capita income. Variables like women's educational attainment and engagement in business are heavily influenced by cultural and socioeconomic factors unique to the region. As a result, the topic should be investigated further, with more extensive field investigations being conducted in the problematic locations mentioned in the study. Key Words Gender Inequality, Discrimination, Economic Growth, Development
