Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to find out the satisfaction level of the personnel of the Republic Central Bank of Turkey for the in service education programs and determination of the opinions of them about these education programs. The research model is descriptive and a survey is conducted in order to find out the current situation.The universe of the research is the Administration Center and the branches of the Republic Central Bank of Turkey. The volume of the model for the 95% reliability is found as 185. The data derived from the model is transmitted to SPSS 16.0 and analyzed.The results of the research mainly indicates that, these education programs increase the motivation and self confidence of the personnel, make the personnel to feel these programs effect their career positively, make think that traveling for these education programs give no annoyance. Besides, these results reflect some negative results such as thinking that the number of these programs is inadequate and they make no effect of the personnel?s promotion. Moreover, these results and the satisfaction levels change according to the title, education level and the department of the personnel.Being the data analyzed, it is essential to increase the number of these programs and to make perfect timing and selection of the right place for the program. Besides, related with the title of the personnel, determination of the in service education programs which are vital is necessary. Moreover, the education levels of the personnel must be taken into consideration in the education planning process. Also some educational programs can be executed as distance education if the effectiveness of the education can be protected.
