Abstract (EN)
Russia is the biggest country in the East Europe. Besides, it is a power which is directly effective about development of world problems and finding direction of world. Being so much powerful of Russia is directly connection with regression of Ottoman Empire. It was a place which was firstly filled by Ottoman Empire; after that, Russia filled that place. Doubtless, there was lived lots of disagreements during the changing of powers. Here it is, these disagreements were a topic that was wondered in researches how took part in course books. Development duration of Russia was being in an area where usually lived Turks. Russia progress of Middle Asia, progress of the Caucasus, progress of Crimean and the Balkans always made this way direction. How and how much did the reaction of progress reflect to course books? This is another point that wondered in researches. Term of Ottoman Empire, relation between Turks and Russia focused on mostly wars. There were lots of wars among these two gowerments at that times. When reasons and results of these wars were searched, some conditions which was explained in course books was identified called ?Traditional Aims of Russia? all of them offen take part in expression of course books. Evently, lots of topics were identified in course books which were explained relation of Turks and Russia. The reason of these troubles between Turks and Russia were that two of them wanted to be dominate in region. Together with,; quarreling between them was getting stranger time and this was identified that these events mostly took part in course books. Another sympthom which was finding in researches, was that explanation of writers of course books was almost similar. There was no big changing abaout contents while looking years.
