The approach of performance evaluation travel agent in Turkey: An investigation in a group travel agent

This study aims at investigating the performance evaluation what using criteria and a degree realization in Turkey. Within this framework, A Group travel agents (n=126) which obtained one million dollars endorsement and operating in Turkey. In the context of quantity research, the date has been collected by using questionnaire technics. The date of research, interview face to face with upper class manager from each firm. As a result of the study, it has been found out that A Group travel agency give importance and using to performance evaluation criteria in which environment dimension, work life quality and work dimension, customer satisfactions dimension, financial dimension, control dimension, compete dimension and productivity dimension. On the other hand, was found out that the performance evaluation criteria could be applied in the travel agency and it would give important contributions to manager to these businesses.Key Words: Performance, Performance Evaluation, Travel Agents, Turkey,
