Abstract (EN)

Results of technological developments, facilitating life on the one hand, on the other hand, may cause new problems are difficult to handle. New cars every day to attend to the traffic and because of Turkey's young population of 2 million people each year are getting a driver's license. 18 different countries, therefore, the driving courses, driver education, driver education instructors and the adequacy of the conditions examined were compared with the current situation in Turkey. The driver of a candidate in 2009, driving age, gender, education level and they have received their driver's license test score data range are investigated. The only records from the data exactly one million people have been parsing the data. Data were analyzed by SPSS program. Comparison of results obtained in 18 countries with data, the results were evaluated by SPSS missing aspects of driver education in Turkey has put forward proposals for a new model was created.
