Abstract (EN)

Since technoparks, whose aims are creativity, innovation activities, economic development, encouraging technological activities and providing employment, and meeting with entrepreneurial companies, will add value to the region with high quality spaces and facilities, various services should be included in technocity areas. In technopolises, which do not only mean places where business is done by producing innovation, the necessary organizations should be provided for the correct establishment of the design relationship between the user needs and the environmental factors of the technocity, since the areas created in accordance with the evaluation criteria within the framework of user preferences will be included in the scope of the evaluation. In this direction, all requirements should be fulfilled for the users to be comfortable in the technopolis, to work under suitable conditions, to be protected against adverse conditions, and to continue their work comfortably and safely. A general technocity layout and identity has been created as a result of evaluating the architectural space quality as function, design, layout, performance, identity, and convenience for techno-city where academic knowledge is commercialized by merging with technology and forming the university infrastructure. The post-use evaluation method was used in the evaluation of user requirements, and the consistency between the design process and the usage phase was tested and an input was created for the architectural design of the technoparks. According to the results of the survey directed to the technopolis users, the architectural space quality of the technokents was determined for the determined performances. It is aimed to collect and evaluate the existing truths and errors in order to increase the quality of techno-cities together with the processes and to be a reference for new techno-cities. In line with the data obtained, criteria such as air quality, lighting, thermal comfort, and auditory comfort should be designed in a way to provide suitable comfort conditions for the users of working spaces in technoparks; When spatial satisfaction is evaluated in terms of acoustics, ventilation, privacy and lighting comfort, sufficient efficiency will be achieved from the technocity. In this direction, it is aimed to be a reference to techno-cities and new technology development zones by reviewing the change in design and application for existing techno-cities and new techno-cities as a result of the analysis of the decisions and process in the design phase of techno-cities.
