A research about adaptation problems of female students who study at Turkey –Example of Dokuz Eylül University

In this study, examined the case of international students in the world and in Turkey, adaptability problems of female students in Dokuz Eylul University was conducted a determination. In the first part, the definitions of international student and foreign student concepts are explained and the difference between them is discussed. The effects of globalization policies on the internationalization of tertiary education are discussed by examining their applications in the world, statistical data, women's relationship with education in historical context and concept of adaptation. In the second part, the applications of international students in Turkey, examining the scope of the Great Student Project, Government and Turkey Scholarships, statistical data and legislation and legal regulations with Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities are mentioned. In the third part, a field study on this subject is given. In this context, a survey was conducted with the students and the results were evaluated and findings were made about the adaptation problems of international female students at Dokuz Eylül University.
