Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is to identify the similarities and differences of the common expressions directed towards the accounting education by students, academicians and proffession members and to make determinations and suggestions according to these identifications. The t-test and ANOVA analyzes were performed with the SPSS program in order to determine the hypothesis on the data obtained as the result of this application. In this study, besides literature review , three separate field surveys were conducted. Different survey studies about effectiveness of accounting education have been carried out towards students, academicians and each of the proffession members. In all three surveys, common expressions have been identified and hypotheses have been developed in this perspective. Significant findings were achieved as a result of the analysis obtained from the study. According to these findings, differences have been detected between opinions of academicians, students and proffession members about theoretical education, the current legislative adequacy of the course contents, the curriculum, the ability of the students to organize documents, the availability of computer software packages in accounting education. According to this, we can mention the existence of insufficient practices about the effectiveness of accounting education. Hypotheses presented in the study are supported by the data obtained. Additionally, the results are seen to be parallel to the similar researches in the literature.
