Özet (EN)
The aim of this study was to propagate some fern species which are grown naturally in our country (Asplenium scolopendrium,, Asplenium septentrionale, Asplenium adiantum-nigrum L., Asplenium trichomanes) using spore culture technique and to observe the stages of germination, gametophyte emergence and sporophyte formation. In addition to these, for four species histological analyses were applied to obtain differentiation stages. In vitro regeneration experiments were conducted using spore explants belong to different fern species to search micropropagation possibilities of this plant which is a valuable genetic resource of Turkey. In the experiments, different plant growth regulators; NAA (0, 0.5, 1.0 mg L-1), BA (0, 0.5, 1.0 mg L-1), KIN (0, 0.5, 1.0 mgL-1) and IBA (0, 0.5, 1.0 mgL-1) combinations and concentrations were used to determine the growth and development of plants , As a result, ratio of the spores viability, ratio of germination, structure of gametophyte and sporophyte and their differentiation were determined via histological analyses.
