The past, the present an the future plans of electrical energy in Turkey

In this research work, we examined the existence of Electrical Energy in Turkey. At some points, this work acts as a kind of documentary which has information ranging from the beginning and future plans of electricity production in our country. While working on the capacity demand forecast, we got help from EÜAS ,ETKB and TEDAS. The amount of electricity which is being used in a country is a sign of how developed that country is. This parameter is more important for our country which is still in the development process. During our work we tried to examine the current capacity of our country and how efficiently we use this electricity. We have examined the laws regarding electricity production and tried to explain what kind of problems investors have. Finally, we have worked on the capacity demand forecast by using artificial neural network programs and have tried to see the future of electrical energy in our country.
